The staff is super friendly, and they know what they are talking about. The store always has amazing deals, and they sometimes have free stuff for just showing up. I go to this one exclusively because I always have great experiences. They lost a great employee to the portage GameStop because it is closer to her house, but even without her, this is the best one.

Prices are acceptable. Credit given for trade ins is very low. Selection is good.

The staff are friendly and helpful, calling them can help you know if a certain game is avaliable without having to actually go there. You can request used games for a cheaper price, pre-order games that haven't come out and a wide selection of games to choose from. All this gives me and others a reason to go here.
