Many an afternoon was spent at this GameStop. I still remember how my friends and I would hang at that same store after school. There are a lot of memory's in those wholes, most of them embarrassing. That past was a lifetime ago and the store has not changed. Sure the advertisements and products have all changed over the years but soul of the place is still the same. Personally I don't like GameStop, that might be my Rose Tinted Glasses; Truly if it was any other GameStop it would have been a 3 star.

Long lines, always hot in there, workers there are slow due to un-updated computers, and every time you ask them to see if they have the merchandise you require in stock they usually don't check. Can't count how many fights I've seen here because of the lines and service. Be careful when you come here. Best time to come is early in the morning when it's not too packed with customers.

I've been calling since yesterday because my 10 year old son  bought a game that cost 50 and the game doesn't even work!!! There number listed does not work, I've called all day and nothing!! I don't understand why If when I was there on line yesterday for over 30 mins. for one game, the phone rang once and it was for the supervisor so I guess they must have a back up phone line!! Clearly we as customers get a non working number!!! Smh I am more disappointed that my son spent his money on a game that doesn't work and I don't live anywhere near that location so since money grows on trees, I guess I'll have to order him a new game else where!!

Staff are lazy (taking their time, not making use of all the registers) 
NO AIR CONDITIONING 
Horrible selection
You are better off going to Game Express across the street.

This place is still TRASH.
But even knowing this I had to come here for something. Hoping this store had gotten better at least a LITTLE, I took a deep breath and went in. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
The employees don't seem to take their jobs seriously, focusing more on each other and kidding around rather than their customers. This place seems more like a crowded, smelly hangout rather than a professional establishment. When they do focus on customers it takes several minutes PER PERSON, because usually the cashiers want to have a 10 minute conversation about absolutely nothing. Please corporate, PURGE THIS PLACE.
