Friendly staff and a decent size selection for the environment. Most of the negative reviews on here are referencing faulty game software or functionality, this is an issue with the developer or publisher, not with gamestop. Be responsible, save your receipts (there are apps that you can take pictures of them so you don't have to keep the paper options). I have never had an issue here when I presented a receipt. They even let me return a used game after I bought it and played it for almost a week!

it lacks more games but it's good they have the most popular ones thou.  im just sad that i could find the game i wanted and it just released a few months ago.  but real good for a military base.

Bought a used game ($40) that required online activation, but could not be activated because it was already registered. (I could not play the game) The same week I tried to return it without the receipt assuming they would have a record of the credit card transaction like most stores. They refused to provide cash return which is understandable, but also would not provide in store credit regardless of the fact that the sticker and bar code was still on the case and I had the credit card on hand with ID. If you buy here save all your receipts otherwise they will not work with you.
