Store consistently looks like a horde of little kids just finished tearing it apart, which is probably frequently the case. Staff goes through the motions of customer service. Good for physical copy preordered for their GameStop exclusive perks, but for any other reason I'd favor going online or to another big box retailer.

Gives an EST midnight release and does not inform the customer who pre-orders that they will do so, and closing by the time pacific midnight comes around. No signs alerting the customer of this unorthodox release, nothing about it written on the receipt, and nothing written about it online. Simply outrageous.
