I prefer taking my 2008 Forester here to this place instead of the place where I used to take it. These guys explain to me what’s going on with my car and give me a clear idea of what the pros and cons are of each of my choices. They make sure that everything is safe for long drives, even if it’s not the problem I came in about. They go out of their way to make sure customers who are waiting are comfortable and things are taken care of as quickly as possible. So far, I have no complaints.

Good experience. Matt K, my salesman, very pleasant and thorough. Reasonable and able to meet my payment expectations. Ended up with a better car than I expected to leave with. Would do business again

Kelly, my sales man was amazing and very honest with me.  Was well knowledgeable. Just a beautiful person.  Also the used car sales manager Ron and Aramis. Hands down the coolest honest guys I ran across in a while. Highly recommend.      Went to Ganley Toyota in Akon before here, and they treated me like s***.

We had read the stellar reviews about Brad Lunar on DealerRater, so asked for him when we arrived. Fortunately, he was available without a wait.  Brad was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The process moved along efficiently. We stated the make and model we were interested in when we met Brad and were pleased that he didn't take a lot of time trying to upsell. The dealership respected the research we had done on the vehicle and our trade and we were able to get to a fair deal. There was not a lot of downtime or excessive waiting, which we really appreciated.   We would highly recommend Ganley Subaru East and Brad Lunar.
