I have been having my cars repaired by Scott for over 20 something years. I was reading the other reviews and their experiences. I can honestly say that I have had great experiences with Scott. I never experienced any hangups. Scott and Joan has always handled matters in a professional way. They are always polite. So reading these other reviews, I am stunned. Not to say that their experiences were false. I am just saying that I have never experienced anything close to that.
If Scott ever repaired one of my cars and I had a problem with my car afterwards, he would always take care of the problem at hand with no drama involved.  I love me some Scott and Joan and will continue to be one of their customers. Might of fact I am having a car tolled there tonight. I can rely on Scott to get the job done. With Joan who always greet me with a smile, friendly and a pleasant disposition!

Went to have my ac fixed.  $500 for New computer, programming, refrigerant charge & 10 days later, ac worked.  3 days later battery dies every night and the ac lines were frosted.  Come to find out he removed the ac clutch relay and jumped it so my ac compressor was running 100% of the time.  Talked to another mechanic and he knows how to trouble shoot, turns out my ambient air temperature sensor was bad reading -40°F so the computer won't turn on the compressor.  Scott doesn't know electronic systems.  Brakes you might be ok.  Anything to do with electrical systems, stay away.  The guy tried to swindle me....crook.

Horrible !!!!!!! bought a car from him in Feb. 2016 was told there was nothing wrong with it... First problem my check engine light came on ONE DAY after i bought it. second i went to get gas.. As i was pumping gas went EVERYWHERE apparently i had to pump it "slow" which is NOT normal like WTF!? Third was that my tires were ALL different sizes. So i kindly called and i got hung up on and told i was lying (i was not mean about it at all) called back and they answered the phone and hung it right back up! so i had to  buy ALL new tires.. none on the car were the right size! SO i went to have them changed at the shop and the mechanic who changed my tires said i was lucky i came when i did because my tires were FALLING APART! i had just had a baby at the time and he was aware of that because when i was looking at the car i had expressed to him i wanted something SAFE for my NEWBORN. .. my car was a total mess.. kept shutting off while i was driving.. It was always acting like it didnt want to go.. all of my roators and calipers froze or whatever so there went another $400 .. My check engine light wouldnt go off so it wouldnt pass echeck.. i once again tried to call SCOTT and just to get hung up on AGAIN. So there went ANOTHER $300 to get it fixed for it to pass echeck.. And now just a few days ago (end of Aug.)  my tension pulley in my motor TOTALLY broke off and the belt shredded while i was driving WITH MY BABY IN THE CAR.. i had no power steering.. thankfully i was almost home and my cousin was behind to follow me.. SO once again it went to the shop to get fixed.. ( i had to pay over $100 to get it towed..) and shortly after i get a call form the mechanic saying he WONT work on my car because the WHOLE frame is ROTTED out.. and that he wouldnt feel safe putting anybody in this car! SCOTT SMITH AND HIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!

I have been going to S&S for years and they have always done a terrific job. The staff is friendly, funny, and fast. We drive up an hour away to get great service here. Thanks S&S!
