Called to see if they had an item in stock so I can exchange an order that I bought online. And they said they were too busy.  At the time I called the store was open for an hour.  As long as I've shopped at the gap, I don't recall it ever being so swarmed with customers that they can't do an item check.  It's not like this is the location on 34th street. Wesport is probably understaffed not "busy". And these retailers wonder why people are shopping online and not in the store. I called Stamford and they had time for me and the item in stock, so off to Stamford I go.

Their clothes are perfect for my daughter and when thet have a sale they have a sale. My first pick for anything i need in a jiffy.

Great selection of both current and just past seasons. Situated at the shopping section of Westport. Enjoy their sales a lot. Again, I consider this my favorite Gap branch.

One of the better gap experiences I've had. Bright open store with attractive and pleasant staff. Easy to shop, sometimes a little line at checkout.
