The most awful experience I ever had. Spent $150, and within a month one of t-shirt get broken because of bad craftsmanship (stitches got broken). You guess what I was told when tried to return. Item are worn and some other damages are present. Well excuse me, seems like they found win win strategy, to deny return, accusing people of wearing their stuff. (may be they are right, I shouldn't wear it, but use as floor rag, as quality suggest)  My third time shopping in gap and second time they screw me on bad quality items. Never, never again I bring any business to GAP again.
