This place is a good place to stop and eat. It has a cool atmosphere. The food came out fast but we had to wait a bit for drink refills because they were super busy during comic con. My girlfriend had the blackberry mule and I had the ol blue eyes mule which was blueberry. Both were fantastic! We both had the lobster Mac and cheese. It was really good! My girlfriend did find a piece of shell in her Mac and cheese, unfortunately. It was a good experience other than that and I will be back. But in the future I hope they take better care in preparing their lobster Mac and cheese. I would like to suggest to Garage that they revise they plating for the Mac and cheese. It came out with a bowl on top of a big board. This sounds inventive and cool but it's also mac and cheese. It doesn't need to be jazzed up and this plating almost caused an accident. The waitress was putting down my food and the bowl almost slid into my lap. So the plating needs to be revised.

Interesting menu - includes standard American pub fare as well as unique items like Chinese lobster rolls. Well presented plates, attentive service even during peak period. Fair prices. Laid-back bistro tables, bar seating and outdoor seating.

The fried chicken sandwich and parmesan fries were great. I would come back just for those. Bartender was real cool and took care of us. Nice place.

This is our go to spot in San Diego for happy hour. Great food options with good drinks and a quiet (but not too quiet) vibe. Staff is friendly, good is great and food is always great. The ahi tuna nachos are a must try for anyone. Can't go wrong here!!!
