My Nissan Rogue transmission went out when I came home & Garber was able to diagnose after a Nissan dealer in Maryland could not. They had great communication with me throughout the process- which involved them and Nissan seamlessly coordinating a free car rental (part of the warranty) & when the car was finished they shipped my Rogue all the way to me in Maryland. I was in a tough spot & they bailed me out/ I received excellent communication from Katie in the service department. Having worked many positions in customer service related fields I can honestly say that Garber gave me about the best possible experience that I could ask for. They went above and beyond. Thank you to Katie & the rest of the Nissan Service Department!

What an amazing experience! We couldn't have had a better time. The staff is amazing. Erika Foley is truly the best salesperson I've ever encountered. I used to dislike vehicle scouting because most dealerships are very coercive. She worked well in finding us the right vehicles. Todd is another amazing man. He can work numbers his numbers and make sure you are taken care of. Very kind professionals. They will make sure you are comfortable and having a great time! I will only recommend this dealership to anyone that I know looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

We worked with Erika Foley and had an amazing experience. In the end we did not purchase from them, only because a local dealer was willing to work with us for the same price. Erika was up front and honest, and took all of our considerations in and used them to help us during the entire process. I would recommend all my friends and family to her! The level of honesty and listening to our concerns and priorities stood out.

I was shopping around for a new vehicle. I decided to stop into Garber Nissan to look around and compare prices and had the privilege to speak to Erika Foley. After looking around, I knew that I still wanted a Buick Enclave. Erika was very helpful in taking my experience to the next level. She explained that there are multiple Garber dealerships around and that she could search around for one for me. In the end, we were unable to find the color and leather model I wanted but the hard work she put into it was phenomenal. I felt well taken care of and would recommend Garber Nissan to all. Thank you, Erika Foley!

Rob Groll was extremely patient. He is friendly and respectful - no pushiness that you may expect. Very genuine and had me laughing. The entire team went out of their way to make me comfortable!  Overall a great experience and I recommend them to everyone!!  You'll be glad!
