Our sales representative Stacy was super helpful from the very beginning of our journey. She answered all my questions both on the phone and in person. We felt that the staff at JD Byrider went above and beyond to meet our needs. We bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan,  and we are very pleased with the vehicle,  best thing about it is that the car came with a great warranty, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, a terrific experience!  We would recommend this dealership to anyone!

A lot of paperwork but I understand the necessity for most of it. Seems like it took all day though which of course was due to having to get my title for my trade-in at the last minute. But a real fun place to shop for vehicle and they really seem to care. Kwammi and Steve and all the rest were very friendly. Know how to have fun on their job.

I usually have no problem getting my car fixed and they are very professional about it. Sometimes i have to wait a week or so but when they get it in they have it done the same day. Im satisfied with the qork they've done so far.
