Next time u walk into your local restaurant, ask them. How fresh their meat, vegetables, and ingredients are. If their own staff not does not know the quality of the ingredients then more than likely the ingredients are frozen or pre-packaged, definitely not fresh! Here at Garcias, we get our vegetables delivered 3 times a week from Roby Gardens in Bardstown to ensure freshness. Our meat and seafood is also delivered locally every week from Critchfield's out of Lexington. So come to Garcia's and enjoy local, fresh food!
