After being in the restaurant business for several years, Elpidio Escobar, Luis Velasquez, and Ismael Vallavares decided to open a new an exciting Mexican restaurant in Frankfort, Ky that offered authentic Mexican food and served in a festive atmosphere. Today that tradition continues.
