Not thrilled with the the quality of the car wash, especially for the price. I bought the "best" package with interior. Interior was OK at best. They barely vacuumed although they did wash the mats which was nice.  They did not wipe down the whole interior of the car which was part of the reason I paid to have the interior done.  The inside of my car had a funky smell when I left.  They claim they have precision air drying which I did not see them do and although they wiped the car down, there was dirt and water streaks left all over.  They also did not clean and dress the tires which was also supposed to be included.  Probably would not go back.

Been here many times and I’m done trying to be a nice  customer. I got the BEST wash today, just like past washes, and why is it I have to come home and practically re do my whole car with a damp cloth as the soap is running down the exterior and now stuck with a film. 
I know I should say something before I leave, but they are on to the next set of cars!  I graciously tip ALL the time even when I’m not satisfied.  That’s just me. I watched my car literally dry without them wiping down.Yes, they were busy today, but not too busy to give the guy in the fancy Porsche more service than I have ever seen!!! Really, I’m sure he paid for the same BEST wash as I did !  And without sounding stuck up, I have a LIncoln! The vacuuming was no better than a child doing it. I still had crumbs and dirt on the carpeting, and I am a neat person. I always have the car completely empty for them to make their job easier. 
So unsatisfied with them!!

Worse place to get your Car washed, and they don't even vacuum your car, car was still dirty after wash. I will never bring my car here again. Don't waste your money. . they don't even clean the inside of windows. This place really Sucks. I would have done a better job with a dirty mop. and don't use that lame excuse. "This is a false review. There is an active Howell Township Police harassment investigation in progress. Please disregard this review until the investigation is complete"  Not a NJ Resident, I notice you have a lot of bad reviews. Husband is writing the review I drove the car there myself what a mistake.

My first time here. My first impression whilst inside the wash was it feels like a gas station quality car wash (which I will not use). Hand dry was brief and inadequate. When I pulled into the next driveway to finish it myself so that it is done right, this is what I found. My rims are color coded to my vehicle - black. The machines missed my wheels, and so did the staff. They let a car leave like this! Unacceptable!

I asked for “The Best” interior and exterior. Apparently you have to make sure the guy at the kiosk gives you the correct receipt before he puts it on your dashboard for you. After waiting around and watching my car sit there, a worker told me it was finished. Then someone proceeded to explain that the best int/ext is “$10 more than what I paid”, which I already knew because that is what I ordered in the first place.

After the interior was done, my grill still had dead bugs all over it, my rear view mirror wasn’t done, and neither were my cup holders. 

Not a bad place for a quick wash and vacuum, but just make sure they give you what you ask for.
