The worst car wash!  I went to have my car wash because my car was dirty with mud.  Stupid owner told me to leave because the mud would clogged his drains.  Well get better equipment, idiot!  I will NEVER go back!  I went to the car wash in Hamilton off 130, so nice and professional.

Terrible experience and horrible customer service. I paid $15 for a full service wash, which includes an interior vacuum. However, they failed to vacuum the interior so there was still sand on the floors. I informed the girl at the front desk, who directed me to the owner, Arthur. Arthur told me the car wash was “too busy” to fix the issue, and that he would give me a coupon for a free wash for another day. I told him I needed the interior vacuumed today, as I was transporting people on the following day. Arthur told me to leave and return in 2 hours because it would be “less busy then” and he “wanted to make sure they could do a good job.” I didn’t wish to create a burden so I left and returned in 2 hours (I even called before returning to make sure it was still a convenient time for them). When I got there, Arthur looked inside my car and said, “This is a very dirty car. We’ll do the best we can.” I was appalled at the way he spoke to a customer. I told Arthur my car is not dirty and could easily be vacuumed sufficiently. Arthur said the vacuums could not remove sand. Having previously worked at a car wash, I know this isn’t true and told Arthur this. He said, “I’ll put the car through again.” I told him again that I didn’t need another exterior wash, just wanted the inside vacuumed correctly as I had paid for. I even offered to use the machine myself to vacuum the interior, but Arthur told me they would do it. When the car was finished, there was still sand in spots! Horrible job. Would never return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Windsor Car Wash clearly chooses quantity over quality and from reading similar reviews, I see Windsor Car Wash has a history of issues with customers.

They must be money laundering or something because i do not know how this guy stays in business. The owner literally runs out and yells and hand gestures rudely at customers to go bumper to bumper to fit as close as possible. Car on the inside was vacuumed poorly and water streaks outside. You would do a better job washing it your self for cheap, trust me.

Ok exterior wash. Interior they don't take their time and are not very efficient. The Inside of the car was still dirty after I went thru

As a regular guest you get used to their menu. I never had issues with the cleanliness of my car afterwards or any issue with the staff.
