The atmosphere was about as nice as it can be at an airport but that really does hold it back.
The staff were pretty nice and attentive.
The food was a mixed bag, on one hand the burger I ordered (Route 66 Burger) was delicious but the chips were very bland and not good at all, couldn't bring myself to finish them. Also soda comes in a bottle which is actually kind of neat if you wanna take it with you.
Overall if you are really hungry this is one of the better places to eat in Terminal C but it's definetly not worth crossing Terminals just to grab a quick bite.

Service was slow and and a bit unorganized. I took at the hostess stand for a while before getting seated. Multiple servers saw me waiting, and there were open tables. People ended up just walking up to a table, some were not cleaned yet from the previous diners. I also saw servers bringing food to the wrong table. Water cup was not refilled. However, you seem to get a good bang for your bucks for breakfast at this place. A solid amount of food for the price compared to other options at the airport.

Just ate here last night. It was absolutely awful. Very expensive. Hardly anyone there and it took our waitress forever to wait on us and bring us our food. She didn’t write down the order and kept coming back to confirm what we wanted. The food was terrible. A flat BLT sandwich that was awful. Meatloaf, mashed potato  and broccoli was such a small serving that it was ridiculous. Chicken Parmesan was $18. Definitely not worth it. Overpriced plus bad service. It was awful. Don’t go!!! Five people sat down. The waitress basically ignored them so they left. They were the lucky ones 😡🤬

I would like to give this place a higher rating especially as it is refreshing to go to a restaurant in the EWR airport that isn't IPad ordering however they are always out of major ingredients. One day out of pancakes. Today they were out of turkey breast, all soups except chili, vanilla ice cream, blueberries, etc. Prices are of course high and portions are small even on a low cost item like French fries. I won't go back anymore not worth the money and who knows what they'll be out of next time.
