The value placed on customers and customer service is hands down the best in the industry. Every employee seems excited to help and to ensure that you have the best experience. I purchased my car here, and recommended family and friends. I go back when my car needs to be serviced, and the only reason I can't say the service gets better, is because you can't better what's already best.

Greatest place ever to buy a vehicle! Thank you to Elvis Deleon for a great experience. I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted with people that could not have been better. Honda should be proud.

We bought 4 cars from this place within 5 years. When you're going in to buy a new car they will put in every effort to make a sale. But when I went in again last time because I had issue with car keys they told me they're going to charge me for it. They sold me a car without properly testing extra keys. Only one of my 3 keys worked. the other two didn't work. The remote didn't work and had to manually unlock the car. The 2 faulty keys didn't even let me start the car. I went in to get it checked with the salesperson but they refused to program the keys for me. Will never go to this place again, would rather go to Paramus Honda.

On July 29 my partner and I went to the Garden State Honda in Passaic where were soon approached by Franklin Peralta. As soon as we arrived we told Franklin what we were looking for and he immediately took action, we saw about 4 cars and we went inside to talk about numbers. Franklin broke down every detail regarding the car and the payments and walked us through the whole process. He was patient, proactive, honest and effective. As customers, we clicked with Franklin, he valued our time as much as we do and made the process less stressful. Franklin had an answer to all of our questions and demonstrated his knowledge throughout the process. For our surprise, Franklin had only been working at the dealer for about 4 months, which we couldn't believe due to his high level of knowledge of the business and the confidence he showed. We approached Franklin's direct supervisors and congratulated them for having hired someone like Franklin. We will undoubtedly recommend to friends and family Garden State Honda because of Franklin. Elvis and Maria also made the visit very pleasant, we thank the team and we look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

For your car search, you must NECESSARILY AVOID this place. Never had such a pathetic experience for buying anything that we had here to buy CPO vehicle.

After few rounds of negotiation, a final price was agreed. Salesperson told us to get all documents to close the deal. When we reached showroom to get the car, sales team were finalizing deal with some other party for same car since were offered few more bucks. Never have seen such a greedy and unethical business. And sales team has no shame  and they were unapologetically saying to choose any other vehicle. PATHETIC.
