This UHAUL store has stolen me, I received the trailer on July 7th, 2017 at 9:00 am and return it back at the same day 11:00 pm and then I found the Receipt they charged me for three days. when I reported that to the store people they didn't care and transferred me to the main office and when I reported this to the main office They open a case and I kep waiting waiting waiting and no body called me ... when i called again the store people Ignored my call and again transferred me to teh main office people and Main Office reported that Ricardo (the store Manager) reviewed the "Videos" of the Cameras and didn't find the trailer in his garage ... This is completly NOT Correct because every time I return the trailer or the truck at the mid night as per Recardo's Guidance and this time I followed the same .... More over the Store and the Main UHAUL Office didn't manage the case properly as Prpofissional People they ignor and leave everything as it is without even costing them selves a call to the customer to adress their concerns.. they need customers to forget the money and keep the money in their pocket ... But this time I will not leave it .. I will run after my rights ... I will go to the Court and will report all of the time wasted on phone calls and emails to get my money back whatever happen.

Workers are rude liars. They are inventing their own policies, saying that their trailers are incompatible with Lowe's or Home Depot trucks, only to try to force you to rent a truck from them and fall into their false advertising trap.

The truck was clean but besides that I showed up and waited for 45 minutes before even being helped because there was only one person working.
