I have absolutely no complaints at all, they all do their best work during all of our worst situations. Michelle and the staff was amazing throughout my daughter's service and even  afterwards.

If there was a way to give a zero or minus number, I would do so. This funeral home and the workers they use are extremely neglectful, as I watched the casket of 5 year old Lilly Belle Kulungian, slam to the bottom of her grave, after numerous people were ignored who spoke up that the straps were too far apart on the little casket. It's not as if the bars are not easily adjustable either. The operators of the funeral home seemed less than concerned about the trauma caused to the siblings, parents, family, and friends to watch a precious little girls casket be dropped like that and have to imagine what that meant.
