my husband and I have been camping here for the last 2 yrs going on 3. it is very beautiful they have really fixed up the place it is now worth going camping. the pool is awesome and the trails have been marked and they r working on the pond. it takes care and time to fix a place up. the people running it now have done an awesome job. we love it here its so peaceful and quiet. there r rules for the pool and campsites, they r ny state laws that have to b followed for everyones safety and protection. you may not like the rules but they have no choice. they have to follow ny state laws or they go to jail. I don't want that then they would have to shut down and we love camping here

Gardner Hill's short and long term prices are very affordable, which is what we needed! It is very peaceful and quiet, with some beautiful views. It is also a great place to bring a well-behaved dog, because there is an open area for off-leash play. The pool is also very nice. The owners are very polite and accommodating. We also recommend going to dinner at the Hill Top Inn down the road- great food and great views!

Definetly not worth your time. Probably a very nice park at one time; however, it seems that there has been very little maintence and is overgrown. The grass had been mowed at some point, but, nothing is trimmed. 3 foot tall weeds around the trees, electric boxes, sewer connectiins, and water hook ups. Very limited number of picnic tables so we had to drag one from several sites away.
