After calling two recommended roofing companies, with no call back, I called Garlock French Roofing who responded with a response the same day as well as a plan to repair my roof.  They kept me informed as to time and date the service person would arrive and it happened exactly as scheduled.  I had a wonderful gentleman, Sean, who assessed the situation, made the recommendation and did the repair in the same day.  My only regret is that I did not think of them first.  I am so pleased and also so relieved to have this repair done.  Thank you Garlock French.

Do not use!!!
It was a $24,000 awful experience!!!
They out sourced the job to a Hispanic crew who did not do more than standard and did not speak English. I paid for extra ice and water shield. No supervisor from the out sourced group and no supervisor from garlock french were there. 
I called garlock and told them the roof looks like they are putting it on wrong and no one is here to supervise. They sent some one out on day 2 and literally it was on wrong. They had to rip all the singles off and order all new shingles. 
They carried each one up and dropped it on the roof which caused the house to vibrate from the BOOMS ALL DAY, 
(That's why Jim  asked me to not be home.)
Stay home and supervise is my advise.
Now the lower level ceiling cracked literally ALL across the ceiling from this action. Garlick owner David carroll and brian carroll told me they had nothing to do with the cracked ceiling. They took no responsibility.
But sent someone over to fix. It took him 2 times to fix. 
My dad told brian that the roof did not look right. Brian carroll said " it was fine."
The GAF INSPECTOR guy came out to inspect and it did NOT pass the inspection. 3 days of repair was required to get it to pass. Unbelievable!!
Literally a year later they still had not told the county I live in that they can inspect the roof and sign off. So I called to have someone finally sign off on the $340 permit cost they spent (i paid for )
and NEVER followed up on.
Literally a miserable experience !!

I just got a new roof from Garlock. I worked with Peter Eastvold and Bryce Muir. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Awesome craftsmanship and it looks so good! Thank you so much guys!!!

Very smooth process.

 My wife said we'd never get a new roof. Bryce Muir and his team made it happen.

 The roof went up in one day and our house looks marvelous. 

I would recommend Bryce Muir and Garlock French to anyone!

I am a new residential customer who requested annual maintenance visit for a slate room, plus requested a repair to a gutter and review of a corner area prone to ice dam for potential correction.  My calls and responses from customer service were great.  A day prior to work I received notice it would be done which was good but I couldn't be there.  I had some exchange with someone where I clarified my desire to have the gutter reviewed and corner ice dam issue evaluated.  I never received follow-up after their maintenance visit.  I called and did not receive a call back from the sales person who I was told would have information I requested.   I received an invoice and it doesn't detail if they found and replaced or corrected any slate pieces, the invoice just detailed the time spent.  I asked for and was willing to have additional service, but it was not provided and I did not have good follow-up.  In the future I have a remodel and this affects my desire to use this company.
