Absolutely wonderful. It was our first time in. I mis-read a sale tag price and she honored it anyway! She let us stay and shop after hours and was so pleasant and peaceful. The clothes here are amazing! Great selection, not all one style like some boutiques lean toward. She had great boot/shoe selections, fun jewelry, and BEST OF ALL phenomenal sale & clearance. This shop is a must stop when we are in Loveland. My daughter and I cant wait to come back and spend another three hours! :)

i love the store but i felt like the lady had bit of a additude idk if she was just having abad.or what but they shouldnt bring that to work i felt like with my stars card i didnt get a discount or thd fact she didnt even let me know before i payed. hopefully you guys can work on those a bit.

I really tried to like this place. However, they 'lost' a $200 dress (that I only wore once) and they gave me $6 for my trouble. I also have another prom dress in the store for sale that they 'can't find'. I've called and called to see if the dress sold with no response. I've stopped by to see if I can just pick up the dress and I'm told I have to call before stopping by. But no one returns my calls!!!! POOR BUSINESS. I'm never shopping or leaving anything there again!

I was surprised at how high the quality was for a consignment shop. They have top labels for crazy cheap. And they know the store and can whip together an outfit you'd never pick for yourself. LOVE this place! I'll definately be a regular.
