I bought a lawn power tool from Jax that had a manufacturer's warranty.  When the product had an issue, they took care of the warranty claim and turned it around in 2 business days.  I was particular impressed after I spoke with Nate on the phone as he was able to look up all my warranty info and have it ready when I came in just by getting my name off the  store's caller ID.  I am glad I bought this at Jax rather than a larger box store.

Walked around inn the store looking for a lunch box.  Walked by many employees standing around talking to other employees and ignoring customers.  I finally had someone greet me and showed me what they had.  At the register I stood there waiting for the cashier yup finish her conversation with the customer.  The cashier them checked me out. Not a word!  After paying,  not a word.  No thank you,  nothing.  Not the first time this has happened.  I would like to shop at small businesses and not the giant company stores but I will not be back in JAX.

Jax in both Loveland and Fort Collins have the best Customer Service! Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and patient with assisting customers!! We spend a lot of time and money here for outdoor gear, paintball gear, camping and fishing gear, back pack supplies,  clothing, and even for pet supplies and HAVE NEVER BEEN Disappointed! Proud to have these stores close!!! :-)

This particular Jax location is very well kept,  has a plethora of home and adventure supplies,  and has been extremely welcoming of my two dogs as we browse the store.

I love the unique stuff you can find here. Not the cheapest, but always quality items that are hard to find elsewhere. As a nice addition I can charge my car while shopping too.
