Great service!  Brian goes out of his way to make sure he understands the customer's needs.  He has personally helped with my home, cars, and investment properties.  Making sure the best deal/coverage is had.

After some serious storm damage to one of my rental properties, Brian was one of the first to show up.  He practically beat me over there.  He was right there to help assess the situation and help explain all my options.

Get me insurance quickly and cost effectively, every time I need it.  Customer service is second to none.

Update:  Father's Day 2017,  I got pulled over without an insurance card and called Brian on his day off while the cop was sitting there.  Brian confirmed my insurance and sent me copies of my insurance via email to show the cop.  Saved me from having my truck impounded with 2 brand new couches on the back.  Service that's 2nd to none!!!

We actually overpaid our account and Brian, our agent, contacted us and got our refund out right away. Unbelievable service, who expects to get contacted when you overpay!  They are definitely earning 5 stars.
