I've used the "Hunter" agency since I started driving about 15 or so years ago. They have always been there for my self and family, every time. Once David retired and Meg took over the agency, she has been nothing but pure awesome!!!! If ever any questions or issues came about, she is quick to return a call or email, with the solution to what ever. I'm very proud and lucky to have such an amazing agent, and don't ever plan on seeking any other type of agency for anything. I have my home, vehicles, boat, motorcycle, life and disability all with her and wouldn't trade it for the world. If you have any questions about this agency, don't, your wasting your time and probably your money else where too. I'm in it for the long haul, and highly recommend that you do the same!!!

I started with Meg's father, David, when I moved to NC in 2000. I have had nothing but great service since. Both have been extremely helpful and responsive. State Farm has all my insurance and they have helped me with everything I needed. Meg is super sweet and personable as well. Great service from her staff as well.

You can't ask for a more conscientious and supportive agent than Meg Hunter. We have been customers of hers (and her father before her) for over 20 years. They have always assisted in providing the right coverage for our homes and autos without adding on unnecessary costs. We recently had to deal with a sudden skyrocket in cost for flood insurance through FEMA. Meg assisted in getting an appeal filed and spent months staying on top of them. The appeal was successful, saving us literally thousands of dollars. Meg's committment to her customers is unlike any other insurance agent I've worked with. She is proof that you can still get great Customer Service!

Meg goes over and beyond to meet her customers needs! I had a car accident situation and she found the time at the end of the day to bring me papers to sign! I don't know many agents that would do that!!! Thank you Meg for being a terrific agent :)

When my husband and I tried to get his account transferred to a different State Farm agency, so that we could combine our accounts, she was very rude over the phone and rushed us off. I have been with State Farm for many years and have been more than satisfied with the service and customer care, but I am appalled at how she treated us. Months later, we recently tried to combine our accounts at my State Farm branch, only to find out that his information had not been sent over! I usually don't post negative reviews because everyone has a bad day here and there, but this is simply unacceptable! If you are looking to switch insurance plans, I highly recommend State Farm, unfortunately not this branch.
