I came originally having a decent experience but only to come back for more repairs on jewelry & a man who attended to me, most likely the owner who not only told me "this is not a negotiation," "do you want the repair or not," "come on;" not only do I feel unwelcomed I feel their slogan should be "if you're not wealthy get the hell out"!

We had a poor experience. I ordered a ring for my girlfriend and proposed, but over the course of the 3 weeks that we had the ring 5 diamonds fell out (the design has 65 little diamonds on it). I appreciated that Robinson stood behind their work and replaced the diamonds at no cost to us even when we lost each diamond. But nonetheless, we have had another jeweler do the same design and we’ve lost 1 diamond in about 5 months and the new ring looks significantly better. We had a hard time working with Robinson. The time my fiance went in to Robinson without me the staff said the ring needed to be re-sized and that wasn’t exactly what my fiance wanted. I called later that day to try to clear up any confusion and said to them, I just want to confirm that we are not resizing the ring, we are just putting the missing diamond on. They said yes, but when I picked up the ring it had been resized. That was what made me feel like we should get our money back and go somewhere else. When we went in to ask for a refund, the owner was very upset. He said he wouldn’t give us a refund at first, and wasn’t interested in hearing our reasons. But then he said, I’ll go get your money and he did. We were thankful for the refund, but we felt like he was very rude to us. I tried to follow up with the owner in an email, but he didn’t reply. I’m sure many people have had a good experience even though we didn’t. Even though we were confident in our decision to try somewhere else it was very hard for us to give the original ring back.

We asked about having rings resized at a pawn shop, they told us it was a 2 week wait. They suggested we go to Gary B Robinson Jewelers and we were NOT disapointed! Rings were repaired and cleaned within 24 hours. They did amazing work! You can't even tell they've been repaired! Very friendly and knowledge staff! They even cleaned my husband's ring while we waited. They have definitely earned our business!

What an awesome jeweler! Great customer service and an excellent on staff custom jeweler with old school craftsmanship. You can't go wrong shopping here!!

Very helpful with fitting my loose gem with a setting and offering customizations and an inexpensive price. No complaints!
