Joe Scanlan went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle as well as make the process as smooth as possible. From working around my tight schedule to making over-the-weekend test a breeze, he went above and beyond. When I went to pick up my car after it was ordered, he made sure all inspections and details were taken care of ahead of time to mitigate the time spent waiting. I was in and out under an hour with my brand new car.  The whole dealership was low pressure and focused on customer service. Great experience overall and can’t recommend enough I wish all dealerships could have sales associates like Joe!

I visited Gary Lang Cadillac for the first time with a description of the vehicle, features, etc. that I wanted.  I was immediately greeted and welcomed by several team members.  Rick Diamond  and Joe Scanlan were very knowledgable, professional, and dedicated to meeting my needs, requests, etc. as a customer.  Within 24 hours I drove away with the vehicle I wanted at a great deal.  It is hard to find ethical, trustworthy dealerships.  I would highly recommend Gary Lang Cadillac, because these are attributes that that they have.  Every one that I worked with provided with a productive and positive experience.  I look forward to working with this team in the future!

I came there and I was referred by a family member to see Rick Diamond because he was trustworthy and honest and and he is and I believe that's why I've had the good experience. If it wasn't for the referral I would have never come there if it wasn't for Rick Diamond I would have never come there you need more Rick diamond not people who are going to do whatever it takes to sell a car to you including a lying about the condition it's in and just all the way around every time it is honest and trustworthy all the way around and you need more people like him and that is the only time that I ever come there is one I deal with him I don't deal with anybody else there I don't trust them especially with your reviews and personal experiences by people I know.   The five stars is for him no one else the rest of the company I will give two or three stars and that's about it thank you

I could not have asked for a better experience while purchasing my new car. I have purchased other cars from GaryLang and I've never left disappointed. Joe, our salesman, was very knowledgeable. He made my car shopping experience fun and painless. I appreciate the fact that he was not pushy yet he still gave me great advice and I left with a fantastic new Enclave! From sales to management to finance- everyone was top notch! Thanks Again!
