Eric, John, Rick and all of the staff at this location are AWESOME!  They have taken care of my car needs many times and have always been honest and helpful.  I have continued to bring my car there because I trust  them.  It's not easy to find representatives who are really honest but here they have offered lots of good advice to help me maintain my car without being pushy.  I would rate this location a 10!  They are customer friendly and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service I received at the Merlin's in McHenry.  They did a great job on my brakes and gave me recommendations on others things on my car that needed looking at the future- without sounding too pushy!!   The manager could not have been more kind and considerate, I highly recommend checking it out .

New to the area and 1st time to this shop for auto maintenance. Outstanding service! I was impressed, not only with the cleanliness of the facility, but the professionalism and thoroughness, friendliness of the staff. I was offered only the services that were necessary, at an excellent cost. Thank you, specifically, to John N. Job well done!

I can't say enough good things about the McHenry Merlin and the great staff, especially the manager, John.  My daughter's car broke down and needed major repairs two days before we were leaving on vacation and John went above and beyond to help us and to give us peace of mind while we were gone.  Thank you so much!  I highly recommend them.

I brought my car into this shop with the air conditioning not working. The employees where extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring all of our cars here in the future.
