Awesome lawyer!  A man once told me there are only two things you need in life...a good lawyer and a good accountant.  Welp...the lawyer parts covered...now onto the accountant.  All kidding aside,  he was great!  Would highly recommend!

First, I would like to say Gary S Bernstein deserves a rating greater than 5 stars. Second, Mr. Bernstein is a man of great integrity and truly cares about his clients well being and state of minds. Speaking on the behalf of my personal experience, he was very reassuring during my entire court process before and after. Mr. Bernstein made this stressful situation a pleasant one for me. I truly was impressed with his hard work on my case. He truly defines what a great lawyer should be. I would not hesitate to offer his legal services to anyone in the future. Again, awesome Man and one helluva Attorney.

I met Gary Bernstein under unfortunate circumstances when I was charged with a traffic violation but it ended up being one of the most fortuitous meetings of my life. I found him online via his website and he contacted me immediately and scheduled an in person meeting the very next day. His guidance with that situation was invaluable, and he was with me every step of the way to navigating the Maryland traffic courts to get me cleared of the charge, and it off of my record entirely. He explains everything, making the process far less scary, and you couldn’t be in better hands. 

But what you really should know about Gary Bernstein was that during that time, I was going through a different issue with someone whom had been plaguing my life for years –and even though I had managed to physically escape this person 15 years prior, they were attempting to very publicly humiliate me with lies to continue that abuse. Gary literally took up my cause for free when he had no obligation to do so.  He stood up for me where NO ONE had been able to help me against my abuser for all of my life. Giving of his own time he championed my cause and quite literally, changed my life. With his tenacious efforts he stopped a bully and righted a wrong that had been going on for over 15 years. Since that time, my life has changed dramatically for the better. The difference of having one person, for no personal gain, no reason what-so-ever stand up for you and say “this is wrong” and “this is going to stop”, and putting all their weight into stopping it can do for a person is immeasurable, and I will forever be grateful.  

You will not find a lawyer more knowledgeable, or a champion greater. If you need a lawyer – this is whom you want in your corner.

Mr. Bernstein, simply put, saved my career and perhaps my livelihood altogether. I was new to the Maryland area when we met under unfortunate circumstances. I had never had cause for legal representation before and this particular event had me at a total loss and bewilderment. Gary was extremely kind and informative every step of the way and explained every term and preceding seeing as though my experience with the legal process came from what I put together from reruns of Law and Order. He checked on me and well-being frequently and let me know what was to come so as to not have any surprises. 

As for these claims of "Arrogance"; no. Arrogance denotes one's ability to boast with no means reinforcing their words. He was confident. He knew the law and knew the circumstances would balance in my favor. His confidence gave me confidence and his expertise as well as tireless effort ensured a successful outcome.

Having Gary represent me in court for my DUI was one of the greatest blessings of my life! I barely had any money and did not have a job at the time and he worked with me out of the kindness of his heart.He is one of the best lawyers I've ever met and I have lawyers in my family! He knows most if not all the judges in Baltimore county. He is very straightforward, knowledgeable, kind-hearted and he actually cares about his clients. I actually met a couple of other people in the towson area who had Gary represent them in court too and they agreed with me. My case was not a pretty one, and I spoke to another lawyer prior to Gary and they pretty much told me that I should plan on doing some time. Gary, on the other hand, informed me of the charges and time I was facing (not just the DUI) but instead of scaring me away, he quickly and proactively got me into programs, classes, and AA meetings. He prepared me for court and sure enough I walked free that day. Gary actually understands alcoholics..I remember he told me that he actually attends AA meetings once in a while..not because he's an alcoholic but because he wants to understand alcoholics and the program. He wants to help people..not just represent them in court and get paid. There are few lawyers out there like him and I am truly grateful that I found him! Today, I am sober and I live a very happy life and I give a lot of the credit to Gary. He is truly a blessing!
