Run for the hills. Kathleen is rude. Doesn't listen. Jumps to conclusions. Argumentative. No thanks. On the plus side, the person that answered my calls was delightful and professional.

Kathleen is an amazing attorney. She is excellent at assessing your case and setting reasonable expectations. She moves quickly to resolve the issue.  She communicates extremely well thru email, keeping you up to date on all communications regarding your matter. She will call when a conversation is more suitable than an email. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Wow! Wow!Wow! I experienced the same thing, rude, didn’t allow me to speak, jumped to conclusions, didn’t even give me the chance to explain my situation. She just rambled on I could not wait to get off the phone with her! Glad I didn’t pay for a “consultation”, she can not be solid representation if she will not even listen. I remember why I dislike attorneys but she may have been the worst I’ve spoken to.

Consulting with Ms. Cahill was a 10 out of 10 experience.  From my first calling her office and having a human being answer the phone (on more than one occasion) to my face-to-face
appointment.  She was direct, to
the point and very knowledgeable - always timely with e-mail responses too.  I am most appreciative!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ms.Cahill came highly recommended by a number of her colleagues. She is a smart, fierce, competent and a sincere advocate for her client. The legal system provokes a lot of anxiety for most lay people. It is important to have representation a person can trust.  I found that with Ms. Cahill.  If I were ever to be  involved in a lawsuit again, I will call her first.
