Honest and reliable. Can't ask more. EDIT. After auditing their estimates I found they were padding their work hours and misdiagnosing problems. They told me to replace my brake booster and a series of other parts and when I got suspicious and bought a copy of the software used by service writers to estimate repair jobs I found they were adding several hours to the jobs and overcharging by a significant amount. When I confronted this behavior I was told I could “pick my car up” in a tone and manner that was clearly indicative of someone backed into a corner. Good luck with these guys. Better off finding a decent mechanic on Craigslist as it seems most of the shops in this area lack customer service. I’m sure if your a sucker they will be nice to you but if you don’t like to be suckered stay away.

The best mechanic I have ever had! Gary really knows & understands BMWs - I had been having the same issue with my 5 series for 2 years & spent thousands of $$s trying to get the problem resolved with no luck & Gary knew right away what the problem was & fixed it finally!! Very reasonable prices too!! So glad I found Gary's I'm a customer for life :)

Gary/jessie and the team go above and beyond what i have expected/experienced in my 30+ years of driving with commitment and service to their customers. I can drop my X5 off knowing Im getting the necessary work it needs done by a team of hard working professionals that are fulfilling a passion of their own that you ate fortunate to reap the benefits of. Most of all, you know your getting an honest group of men and a great value!  i havent found  any other place that comes close...

One morning my 328i would not start, and another BMW Mechanic told me it was going to cost me $2000, after mis-diagnosing the problem. I've never been to Gary's before, but I took a shot with him after reading all the good reviews that he had. 
He wanted to keep the car for a couple of days, but thoroughly troubleshot the problem correctly, and made the repair with only $400 out of my pocket.
I would trust Gary to work on my BMW anytime, and he has now earned my trust as being the only Mechanic for my beemers.
His crew is all qualified and certified. Gary is the best!!
