Took my car to get my breaks fixed. The break pedal felt a little squishy when pressed but still worked. They Charged me over $300.00 to replace my front disc pads and front rotors and when I got the car back the pedal was even more squishy. Not fixed at all. When I asked if the car was safe to drive they said and I quote "i don't know, take it out and try them out." I would later find out the mechanic for the shop was not even in that day. So I took my car to another shop and got it fix properly. FYI it was the ABS and the master cylinder was the issue. My breaks felt firm again. I would not take my car into this place again for mechanical issues.

The guys who own this lace are former aerospace engineers, and it shows.  Been taking my cars here for over 20 years.  There's a reason.  They're the best.

My Insurance recommended Prestige. So I did not go elsewhere. From the 1st phone call when I talked to the bow tie wearing front desk guy (?) he was so confused I had to get Ron on the phone. The front desk guy is a moron, 0 communication skills so bad he refuses to be helpful. But on top of that even though Ron is Zen like I had to bring my car back 3 times. 1st time I got down the street 100 yds. then battery was dead. 2nd time the mechanic forgot to put fan shroud fasteners, 3rd time mechanic did not connect lower shroud at all and was flapping in wind for a 500 mile trip. On the last time Mr. Front dest bow tie idiot, refused to go get Ron lied and said he was gone, once I raised my voice Ron came to remedy problem.
