It was my first time having work done at this garage. Personally, for me after reading some reviews even the negative ones I decided to try these guys out. I am mechanically inclined so I cannot be tricked. I would return to this garage. Definately. I found friendly people here who are quite honest, respectfull and know what they are doing. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and that's exactly what they told me when they checked it out. Thanks Guys.

Not pleased at all. I went in for an oil change. I was quoted $80 maximum over the phone. They also told me they would check my car to see what needed service. So I went in to go get my oil changed. AFTER my car was already in and being serviced, they told me that I needed a "special type of VolksWagen oil" so I would have to pay closer to $120. I argued and said my car would be fine to use Castrol 5W40. I wouldn't need any "special" oil. My comment was completely disregarded, they told me oil alone was $90 after I knew it was only $65 for 6L 5W40. When I was being cashed out they charged me $136 AFTER I WAS TOLD $120. I told them that if I knew that the price would be that much, I would have never gone in, then they brought the price down to $120. I left with my car driving worse than it already did. Staff was rude and not very welcoming. I will not be going back.

Had an AC Condenser replaced, they broke a line, told me the line was an additional $200. Simply asked if they could help me out on the price of the line simply because it was an unexpected cost. We received an incredibly condescending "No" as a reply along with a very rude explaination. Definitely won't be going back. I'm not going to be spending $1300 to be spoken to like a child. We were very polite, and the rude response we got was very unnecessary and disappointing.
