I have been to this location a few times, for small items. I recently made an appointment to have my winter tires put on. After waiting for the first hour I noticed a women who had not made an appointment had already come in and left in that time. Fast forward to the second hour, 3 more people come and gone in the time I'm sitting there. Now the 3rd hour, 6 people in total have come and gone, all getting the same service. I will honestly never go to this location again. It's just plain disrespectful to take an appointment, say it will be 1 hour and it take 3. There was no other problems will vehicle, so the time is not justified by any means.

Another great experience with Jim and his staff at Master Mechanic Keswick.  After coming in for an alignment earlier this week, I was told that my tires were dangerously thin and that I should not be taking any long trips...these tires needed replacing...6 months ago.  Jim's team replaced all 4 tires this morning and gave me a great price.  It sure is nice to have an owner and staff that you can trust!!!

Have had my Subaru into Master Mechanic to replace the starter & alternator as well as have the brakes done.  Much cheaper then Subaru and the work was done quickly as well.

I came in to get my muffler rewelded on and Jim + staff were so helpful. He gave me two options (one being way cheaper) and charged me next to nothing. Great customer service and would recommend.

They do what they say they will do in the time they say they will do it for the cost that they say the work will be . Honest and fair I couldn't ask for more .
