Yolanda in the passport office is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called prior to going to the passport office and was told an application could be submitted M-F between 9-3, however the fact that I needed an appointment was never mentioned. I was informed that there is a office walk-in office in Charlotte, but was told to "Google" where the location is. I highly doubt that Yolanda did not know where the office in Charlotte is located. Customer service is obviously not a priority and I would not recommend having a passport processed at this location. Save yourself time and horrible customer service by "googling" another location to process a passport.

Horrible service. They never answer the phone and when they do, the employees are impolite.

Today 12/3/16:spoke with " a supervisor" so he said. sounded like a black male in his early to mid fourties a little over weight would not relay a message to my carrier to check his truck because we were supposed to have a letter sent from the same zip code arrive 2 days ago. Worst employee and wanted to rush me off the phone and was very defensive. Even my wife asked why he raised his voice at me... I know the post master will assess this as so no further citizens are abruptly cut short, due to incompetance and impatience.

Everyone is very helpful here, & I'm usually in & out, even if there is a long line & i thought oh goodness this will take forever I have waited a good minute at times but it didn't take not nearly as long as I was thinking it was going to take

Was having trouble getting through to make an appointment for a passport which the website states you must have beforehand. Called the post office, which was answered immediately by Marvin (hope I heard correctly) who stated he was the post master. He was extremely polite and helpful. He even sent her a message while I was on the phone with him with all my contact info and stated if I hadn't heard from her by tomorrow morning to call him back and he would handle it. I asked if there was a number to give him a commendation for all his help and he told me it wasn't necessary, he just wanted to make sure I recieved excellent customer service. Wish every company had more people like him!!!!!
