Slow as Christmas and they lost our package. As an Etsy shop seller I'll go elsewhere.

The other day my 6 year old son wrote a Christmas letter to his Pap Pap. He filled in the address (only about 75% legible), drew a picture of a stamp, no return address and placed it in our mail box. He did this all without us knowing. Yesterday my father called and said he received my son's letter. Thank you USP for taking the time to decipher the address and covering the postage. I know it's a busy time of year and most people would have threw it away. You guys made a memory between a little boy and his grandfather  that will last a lifetime time.

Sad. Oversized package - said they delivered but was home all day. No notice anywhere to be found. Funny I received the other items from the same order that were smaller. Pure laziness or it didn't arrive on time as mandated by Amazon.

Lost a small package that was supposed to be delivered to our home.  Could not find it, and the wait is usually pretty bad.  Expect 15-30 minutes in line before called upon.
