Great service. I needed a goose down filled sleeping bag cleaned. I dropped it off and they told me it was a special care item that would take 7 days to finish. I did some Google searching for self-care tips and found that I could wash it myself in the bathtub using a special down cleaner and it was not recommended that I dry clean it. I went back the next morning to pick it up and cancel the cleaning and they brought it up cleaned! The man that does the actual cleaning knew the correct procedure for cleaning it and he had started on it right away. They turned it around in less than 24 hours.

Quick turnaround on drop off dry cleaning. Trying them for alterations.

This dry cleaners is AWFUL! Do not go there with anything delicate or with beading. They DESTROYED a dress of mine with an embellished neckline by knocking several beads off of it and then told me it was "customer's risk." They also lost the sash to a very expensive dress and said there was nothing they could do about it, as well as completely ignoring a stain that I pointed out to them on a grey silk dress, which, consequently, is ruined! The only thing they have going for them there is the drive-thru...
