BED BUGS, BED BUGS. BBB says that Gauthier Real estate agency in Nashua, New Hampshire is out if business but that is not true. My father has recently passed and was dealing with bed bugs since eairly 2015. To my horror going into his apartment he still had them worse then ever. The management at Gauthier told me that they have been treating the place. When I talked to the maintenance man outside he said they use cheep cans of Hot Shot bed bug killer that does not work. This company refuses to take proper action to eliminate the bugs and when asked to get a licenced professional in to take care of the issue I was told and I quote " Well that's not going to happen". Management even has the audacity to refuse full return of rest of months rent and security deposit if they have to clean out the apartment with the infestation they created due to lack of respect for tenants and proper treatment.
