Great company to have manage your rental properties. Anytime there was a maintenance issue, they were immediately on top of things.

We were in need of finding a rental property quickly. They met with us right away and took us to see everything available. The property managers are professional and provide good customer service. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend GBR to anyone looking to rent, find a renter, or for purchasing a home. They will definitely be able help you and they take good care of their customers.

Horrible. Very unprofessional employees and business that likes to wait about two weeks to let you know you have been denied. Extremely qualified for the house we inquired on and still was denied. Let us know over a very vague and extremely unprofessional message that we didn't meet standards. Well I highly doubt that. Seems like a company that likes to scam for app fees! Very sad property management company for the Sacramento region!
