Knowledgeable, patient staff and a good location. You will get no attitude from the people who work there. This is a great bike shop with full service and decent inventory on The important pieces for riding.

Just bought a used bike here. It's great and they are helping me with all the minor adjustments, broken chain, seat alightment etc. 
I say helping instead of helped because I'm sure I'll be back there for something soon. They are always patient and extremely helpful 😊

I don't see any reason to do business with any bicycle shop, unless it is Gearhead in Pacifica. Other shops only care about getting as much money out of you as they can. Gearhead is interested in seeing you have the best bike you can have. If the part isn't in stock, they will get it to you quickly and reasonably priced. The quality of their work and care cannot be equaled by ordinary bike shops. Do yourself a favor and get over to Gearhead when you need a bike or some work on yours.
