I had no problems with this facility until we emptied it out. Called to tell them we were done and was told ok they would send my deposit to me. A few weeks later I got a bill for the next month.  I called a women said I was told the wrong thing, but she would still send the check. A few hours later I get a call back. She said I put a lock on the unit therefore I owe for the month.  I told her no I didn't, I have the lock right here. She said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Have never heard from them. And no check. If they would look at their cameras they would see I didn't put a lock on it. Also we never used our pin to get back in the facility.  I don't like being accused of something I didn't do!!

I store here. Great rates and clean area to store
