They put a lot of work into the new buildings and I will give them that. I do not like how close together the building are. Very difficult to bring a trailer or truck in.

I would rate this place a Big Fat Zero if I could. Grew up in the area, my mom passed away, had to come back to the area to deal with that. Explained to them that I only needed a small storage for a few days. "Oh Absolutely" they said, "we'll prorate it for you". $67.00 in deposits etc, rented a unit for 5 days, they sent me back a check for $38.00. What happened to you prorating like you said? Their response, "I'm only making $5.00 on you, not even worth my time, why would you even rent it for 5 days?" They're LIARS, CHEATS and WONTeven return phone calls!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONA!!!. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that won't rip you off, because these people WILL!!!
