Doctor Gehring is a fine veterinarian. I resent the critique written by the anonymous google user. I have used Dr. Gehring for 35 years. He does have a dry, businesslike manner. He may not have the best delivery with humans, especially if he feels they are not taking care of the animals he treats. However, thru 5 generations of pets, he has been professional, careful with the pets, and will talk to the humans. He is straight forward with what he has to say, he is to the point, and he is "busy" all the time. He doesn't have time to waste. I have dealt with other vets in the area over the years, and he is by far and away the best for my needs.

I was calling from another clinic & the customer service over the phone was horrific.
Not polite, seemed very put out by my call.  Very SAD!!

This vet could care less about his clients and their pets. I called to set up a spay for a rescued puppy. He refused to negotiate a Humane Society price after telling the adoptive family he would. He said the adoptive family was lying and the adoptive family have been clients of this vet clinic for years! Makes you wonder what he does when no one is around. Only cares about money and said he did not care if this client went to another clinic and that was fine with them. This is a wonderful adoptive home and he said to make them drive 3 hours to Little Rock to get their spay and rabies. Does not seem to have any compassion and the receptionist is the most rude person I have ever spoken to in my life.
