Insurance coverage was great. I had no issues until I tried to cancel my policy because I had to switch for home insurance. They still made me pay for a policy that was cancelled because they said it's automated and they can't do anything about it. They told me my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I called after it had been 6 business days to check on the refund and the lady laughed and said I don't know why they told you 3-5 business days because it always takes longer than that and it's schedule for deposit (gives me date that is 2 weeks after money was taken out of my account). She then tells me there is nothing she can do. I of course am unhappy and then she said she can put in a request for them to speed up the process and get the funds there by the next day which is a Saturday. She told me to call back in 24 hours. I call back and lady tells me the accounts department is out of the office on Saturdays and they can't speed up the deposit without verifying the money came out of the account. I was lied to again and someone didn't do their job yesterday. The customer service part of this company needs works. I have never had so many issues with a company like this nor been lied to by multiple customer service agents in a company. They have no problems taking your money from you but sure do have lots of problems refunding money for a policy you don't have.

Matt ,at the local Geico office,saved me over $70.00 a month on my auto
Insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for 
auto insurance.
