Garbage. Used to be an awesome company. Not so much now! High premiums & high co pays! Bonnie &Clyde used to use a gun to rob people!

I called, waited 30 minutes on hold, and then was cut off 5 minutes into my call. No effort made to call back. I'm just trying to end my plan as I moved out of state and am covered through a different insurer now, but PEIA is blocking that. Very frustrating to work with.
