I must say.. The Geico commercials are working!  When I was in the market for new insurance, the first thing that I thought about was those funny commercials. The prices are great, & the customer service is great! Great job Geico!!! 👍

I have been with gieco for going on four years, I have two vehicles insured through them. I just recently got married and we were trying to decide if it would be better to keep separate policies or merge into one policy. I went online in my account and just did a QUOTE to add my husband and his vehicle. They emailed me back stating that there would not be a change in my policy price that gieco automatically covers spouses, and that my husband now had access to managing my account and he was good to go to drive my vehicles. Okay, perfect! We can still shop around but he'll be covered if he wants to drive one of my cars! Well today I got a bill (I pay my insurance in full every 6 months) stating that I owed them money. I called, and Pam informed me it was because of my driver change! When the email I received specifically said there would be no increase to my policy!!! I am done with gieco! February I will be leaving them! Every six month I renew my policy increases! NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT, never had a ticket, never even had so much as a parking violation, and I'm over the age of 25 and my policy keeps going up. So ridiculous!
