THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. THEY TREAT ME LIKE A PERSON, NOT A NUMBER. THEY ALSO TAKE THEIR TIME TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT POLICIES AND WHAT THEY TRULY MEAN.
