No good services. I go 2 time every time they give customer care number. I don't know why....

I have not been to this location but today I had a customer service representative from Geico laugh at me and make jokes about me having PTSD. I have been in the military for 7 years and have seen and done things that haunt me....And forgive me I'm not trying to toot my own horn but I did sign up to fight and defend my country. But I most definitely didn't do it to have some Geico representative laugh about a mental condition that I have. Very Disrespectful. Not only did she laugh at me and make jokes about me she refused to give us a corporate number or a number of someone in charge of her and then continued to hang up on us.
