Horrible, quoted me $6,000 for 6 months for a new car meanwhile I have no points on my license but had one accident, which was my car hitting a guard rail because of black ice. That was the only incident I’ve ever had

Great until you need them to actually work. Adjusters don't answer their phones. Apparently they don't have phone numbers to different divisions. What a joke

THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!  THEY ARE RUDE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY A LOT OUT OF YOUR POCKET IF ANYTHING HAPPENED!

Well have been waiting and waiting for the insurance cards for my new car now so I can stop drive my truck that is falling apart and still ha ent got them you guys have been good for a but never a problem but Idk what regard you have working the desk these past couple days but you need someone who can do their freaking job right I'm done playing games that I dont have time for

Most people get their car insured and registered the same day. Can’t do that with Geico. Your insurance doesn’t start the same day— but you can bet they’ll process the transaction the same day. So that’s cool.
