My family and I have been dealing with Rob for the past five years. Our experiences have been great and I would recommend him to anyone for auto and home insurance. Rob and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with when it comes to getting the right plan for your needs as well as unpleasant life situations.

To all the people of the Capital District most importantly students and anyone with State Farm insurance coverage for your Auto, home, or boat policies this is the best most prestigious State Farm Agent Location that exists!!! Ever walked into your agents office and enjoyed a Kit-Kat bar while slowly coming to a realization that the recent accident you were involved in is slowly shifting from stress to a peace of mind? Rob Field personally drove me to the towing agency and picked up my vehicle then guided me to the body shop and educated me on what will happen next. His excellent network of resources and friends in the insurance & auto industry have shown in my desperate time of need after a bad car accident. The skill set, personality and mindset of Rob Field is everything you would want for your insurance agent to posses. Joe a sales agent working at Rob Field is like a brother to me helping me with all my insurance related questions he too can give you the best options on insurance policies and ways to save so CHECK JOE OUT! This establishment is simply the best insurance agency out there in the capital district. I say it loud and proud I LOVE ROB FIELD STATE FARM and i am a truly happy satisfied customer looking to stay a customer for all my future vehicles. They truly treat you like family and can relate to even your worst case scenario. I just recently left my previous insurance for State Farm. I was nervous at first dealing with a new Agent (Kai), however, the transition well exceeded expectations. My quote is amazing, and service from the first day, until now has but nothing short of perfect. I was looking for a survey to complete to give Kai the feedback he deserved, but was unable to find one. If you could please pass on the great review. I would recommend anyone to this agency.

Just went there this morning, and the guy was awesome, professional he know's what he's talking about, and is very nice and friendly, come to this state farm for your insurance need's....

worked with multiple people in the office and every time they were beyond helpful. My previous experience with GEICO was a disaster, its definitely better to have a local agent that was able to help me right here in my neighborhood.
